Visitors decide in a few seconds
Someone lands on your site from Google, a referral or an ad. Within seconds they’re looking for three things: do you do what they need, can they trust you, and how do they get in touch.
If any of those takes effort to find, they go back and try the next result.
Organised around the business
Pages arranged the way the owner thinks about the business, not the way customers look for help.
Nothing to build trust
No reviews, real photos or credentials, so a first-time visitor has no reason to believe you.
Awkward on a phone
Menus that won’t open, fiddly forms and text you have to pinch to read.
What you walk away with
Page plan and sitemap
Every page mapped to a search people make or a question they ask, agreed before design starts.
Designs you sign off
Desktop and mobile designs for the key pages, revised with you until they’re right.
A site your team can run
Lightweight WordPress, or WooCommerce with payments and shipping if you sell online.
Mobile speed as standard
Compressed images, minimal scripts and a 90+ mobile PageSpeed target on every build.
SEO groundwork
Meta titles, headings, schema and redirects from your old site handled before launch, so SEO starts from solid ground.
Training and support
A recorded walkthrough of your own site, plus 30 days of fixes and small changes after launch.

Common questions
Can’t see yours here? Send it through the contact form and we’ll answer it directly.
Do I need to supply the content?
It helps if you can, but it isn’t required. We can write the copy, or edit what you have so it reads well and suits search.
Can you redesign my current website instead of starting over?
Often, yes. When the existing build is solid, we’ll work with what’s there. If it isn’t, we’ll explain why a rebuild is better value.
Which platform will my site be built on?
Usually WordPress, or WooCommerce for online stores. Both are widely supported, so you’re never tied to us for changes.
What do I need ready before we start?
Your domain and hosting logins if you have them, your logo, and a rough idea of the pages you want. We help with the rest.
How is the price worked out?
By the number of pages, the features involved and whether we’re writing the content. The price is fixed in writing after the first call.
Planning a new website?
Send us a few details about your business and we’ll come back with a plan, a timeline and a fixed price.
